- Read the available waste ink counters in WICRESETPRO and wait for a completed result. A missing reading is not a zero reading.
- Check that the profile offers the counter reset you need. A readable counter is not necessarily resettable. If the operation is unavailable, ask our team before buying a key.
- For a supported full reset, enter your valid Pro reset key and start the operation. Keep the connection stable until the app reports the result.
- Restart only when instructed, then read the counters again in Pro to verify the outcome.
