Do I need WIC Reset Utility to read the counters before using WICRESETPRO?
No. WICRESETPRO reads the available counters and performs supported resets in one app, so this process does not require another counter-reading program. Select your exact printer and check the operation available in its profile.
WICRESETPRO is an independent product. It is not a new version of WIC Reset Utility; the names do not imply a shared manufacturer, partnership or interchangeable keys. Other product names belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.
How long does a reset key last?
Unused keys do not expire. After your first reset, you can reuse the key on the same printer for 24 hours. This is not a daily subscription.
Can I reset an Epson counter for free?
The free trial sets eligible waste ink counters to 80%. A full reset requires a reset key. Available when at least one supported waste ink counter is above 95%. The app checks whether your printer qualifies; server approval is required.
Does WICRESETPRO work with every printer?

Does resetting fix the physical ink absorber?
No. The counter is a software value. Ink pads and absorbers still need physical maintenance when required.
How does a Multi-Key package work?
Choose 1–500 separate codes, or one Multi-Key code with a capacity of 10, 25, 50, 100 or 500. The 24-hour reuse period starts at the first reset on that printer. Repeat resets on the same printer within this period do not consume further Multi-Key units. Unused units remain available; the whole Multi-Key does not expire after 24 hours.
