About the ink absorber: a reset changes the electronic counter. It does not clean or replace the physical ink pads. Check their condition and service them when needed.

Will it work with my printer?+

Check your exact model in the supported printer list before buying. A supported model must also have the relevant waste ink counter error and meet the preparation requirements.

Which program do I enter the key in?+

Enter your key in Wic Reset Connect. Wic Reset Utility is used to read the Epson waste counters over USB, not to use your Connect reset key.

Can I use Wi-Fi, a Mac or my phone?+

The reset requires a Windows 7–11 computer and a direct USB connection. Wi-Fi, macOS and phones are not supported for the reset.

What if the reset is interrupted?+

If a technical issue interrupts the operation, use the replacement key page and enter your entire old Wic Reset Connect key. If you need help, send your order number, printer model and a screenshot to support.

Does one key work more than once?+

Each key is valid for one reset. Unused keys do not expire. For several printers or repeated resets, choose a multi-key pack.
