One key, time to finish the job

Unused keys do not expire. From the first reset, repeat resets are available for 24 hours on the same physical printer only. This is not unlimited use on different printers and is not a subscription.

Separate codes or one Multi-Key

Choose 1–500 separate codes, or one Multi-Key code with a capacity of 10, 25, 50, 100 or 500 units. The store delivers the selected number of separate codes, or one code from the pool for your chosen Multi-Key capacity. Repeat resets on the same printer within its 24-hour period do not consume further Multi-Key units. Time is measured from the first reset, not the purchase. The unused capacity does not expire when the first printer’s 24-hour window ends. The app and activation server track usage; buying or downloading the code does not reset a printer.

Choose the right connection and platform

Canon requires USB and the correct model-specific service mode. Epson supports USB and, where supported by the model and operation, Wi-Fi/LAN. Additional functions depend on the model, firmware and platform.

Find your printer and available functions. Missing service-mode instructions do not cancel confirmed reset support; obtain the correct procedure before attempting service mode.

Trial, maintenance and delivery

Eligible Epson printers can use a free trial when at least one supported counter is above 95%. Server approval is required; the counters covered by the trial are reduced to 80%. A full paid reset needs an appropriate key.

A reset changes the stored counter. It does not clean the physical absorber or fix every fault. Inspect and service the absorber separately when needed. Extra functions and chipless firmware are not automatically included in a waste ink reset key.

Does buying a key start the 24-hour period?

No. An unused key has no expiry date. The period starts with the first reset.

Do repeat resets consume more Multi-Key units?

Not on the same physical printer within its 24-hour period. Unused units remain available; the entire Multi-Key does not expire after 24 hours.

What if I encounter a technical problem?

Keep the printer connection stable, follow its documented procedure and contact support with the model, operation and error message if something goes wrong. The stated key rights do not promise that no technical problem can occur.
