How should I search for my printer?

Enter the model code printed on the printer, such as ET-2810, XP-245, G3410 or TS3350. A partial code also works.

What does it mean when my model appears?

It means the model is included in this supported-printer database. Continue with the correct connection and reset instructions for Epson or Canon.

Can I perform the reset over Wi-Fi?

No. Use a direct USB data connection to a Windows 7–11 computer.

Can one activation key reset several printers?

No. One activation key completes one reset on one supported printer.
