Step-by-step reset (Epson L3250)

1. Connect the Epson L3250 using a connection supported by its profile for the reset operation. Keep the connection stable.
2. Open WICRESETPRO, select Epson L3250 and wait for a completed counter reading. If the reading is missing, check the connection and try reading again.
3. Check that the required reset is available and prepare the printer as directed by the app.
4. Enter your valid reset key and start the supported waste ink counter reset. Keep the printer connected and wait for the result.
5. Switch the printer off and back on when instructed, observing the application's timing. Then read the counters again to confirm the outcome.

Troubleshooting (common issues)

Printer not detected

For a USB connection, try a different port or cable, install the official Epson driver and restart WICRESETPRO. Avoid USB hubs. For a supported network operation, check that the computer and printer are on an accessible local network. Do not select a similar model to force detection.

Reset button is greyed out

Confirm that Epson L3250 is selected and the counter reading has completed. Check the profile's connection and operation requirements. The app enables the functions available for your printer.

Error still shows after reset

Complete the requested restart and read the counters again. Resolve communication errors before repeating a procedure. If the message remains, contact our team with the error and your printer model.

• Unused keys do not expire. After the first reset, you can reuse a key on the same printer for 24 hours.
